This system will ensure the proper load force capability of the pallet out of hardwood or softwood using state-of-the-art Gang Saw equipment and Viking Nailers.
Reconditioned or Remanufactured These pallets are assembled from recycled material as a new pallet would be, corresponding to your spec with recovered lumber. This pallet can save up to 40% over a new pallet. We take broken or otherwise non-reusable pallets that would be sent to a landfill or thrown away and tear down the pallet for its boards and stringers. Recon pallets, because they are used, tend to be of drier components and make the pallet stronger, and they are environmentally friendly. For every 7-10 pallets that are recycled, a mature tree is saved. For every 225 recycled pallets, an acre of trees is saved.
