Experience/Education:

Any production/warehouse experience 2+years.

Experience using nail gun or similar equipment 2 + years

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Take broken pallets and repair them to the best possible grade according to specifications using nail gun, hammer, and crowbar
• Place on conveyor
• Maintain quality of pallets being repaired
• Affix appropriate sticker to each pallet at assigned location repaired to get credit for repair
• Slide repaired pallet onto conveyor line leading to automatic stackers
• Maintain minimum established quota daily so that bonus dollars can be achieved
• Clean up work area throughout the workday and at the end of each shift; keep a clean work area to maintain job safety
• Perform conveyor line cleanup with team member on assigned day in accordance with rotation schedule set by Operations Manager
• Always maintain personal and equipment safety
• Report equipment problems to Maintenance Dept. or Operations Manager as promptly as possible
